Brilliance through simplicity!

A brilliant idea that shows innovation is not necessarily spending millions on research.
Just enough care and a simple process through a brilliant idea <==> true word of mouth advertisement for the company!

And this is coming from an oil company who would actually benefit from the extra petrol spent. Cool!
I can imagine these balloons getting filched - for the kids to play with, unless its an upscale parking lot.
